Notice on Application for Extension of CSC Scholarships Students

 原计划2017年7月毕业的中国政府奖学金“国别奖”学生，须尽快向本国派遣部门提出申请，列入2017/2018学年本国派遣计划名额内。

 CSC students who originally should graduate in July 2017 but are planning to apply for study and scholarship extension should submit application to their country’s national dispatch department as soon as possible in order to be included in their country’s 2017/2018 school year scholarship list.

 原计划2017年7月毕业的中国政府奖学金“高校研究生项目”学生，须于4月11日前向留学生办公室提交延期申请。

 Students who originally should graduate from CSC "Beijing Normal University Program" in July 2017 but are planning to apply for study and scholarship extension are required to submit an extension application to the International Student Office latest by April 11th.

 申请延期所需材料（Required materials for application of extension）：

    1. 研究生：《北京师范大学留学生研究生学籍变动申请表》

      Graduate student: Beijing Normal University Change of Student Status Form for                 International Graduate Students

    普通进修生：《北京师范大学留学生学籍变动申请表》

Language students: Beijing Normal University Change of Student Status Form for       International Students

 2. 《中国政府奖学金生延长奖学金期限申请表》

Form for Scholarship Extension of Chinese Government Scholarship Status

 3. 《中国政府奖学金年度评审表》

Form for Annual Review of Chinese Government Scholarship Status

 4. 个人申请书（打印、本人签名）

Personal Application Letter (printed copy with the applicant’s signature)

 请注意：由于校内宿舍资源有限，延期期间学校将无法提供校内奖学金生公寓的住宿。

 Please Note: BNU will not be able to provide scholarship students accommodations on campus due to the limit resource of dormitories.
