备注：该奖学金硕士生减免第一学年（2016年9月-2017年7月）学费；博士生减免学制年限学费，但是要通过每年的评审来决定下一年是否可以继续获得奖学金。

For master candidates, the scholarship covers students' tuition fee from September 2016 to July 2017(one academic year).
For doctor candidates, the scholarship covers all tuition fee during students' academic years. But students need to pass the annual review to decide whether they could receive the scholarship for the next year.
