1. Applicant should be non-Chinese citizens holding a foreign passport under 50 years old. (Former Chinese citizens naturalized into other nationalities are required to provide certification of the cancellation of their Hukou and ID card; this certification should be issued by the Public Security Bureau.)
2. Master Program Applicant should hold a qualification which is equivalent to (or above) a Bachelor’s degree from a Chinese university.
3. Substantial law-related working experience
4. All applicants who are not native English speakers or who did not have a tetiary education conducted entirely in English must take TOEFL or IELTS. The program requires a minimum score of 80 in TOEFL IBT, or 6.0 in IELTS
