Secretary / Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaking)
Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Secretarial / Linguistics / Language / Business / or any other related field (Preferably a China University Graduate)
· Must be fluent in English, Bahasa, and Mandarin (spoken and written)
· Meticulous and detail-oriented
· Have a good interpersonal and communication skill
· Have the ability of working on multiple project
· Pleasant personality and good looking
· Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
· Provides administrative support and performs numerous secretarial duties
· Organized and attending meetings, sometimes need to be the translator for the chief.
· Responsible to all correspondence and communication related businesses
· Arrange the hotel/flight/transportation/hampers booking.
· Handling the company license extension
