Notice on the Image Collection of 2024 Freshmen (International Students)

According to the requirements of the Ministry of Education and the Beijing Municipal Education Commission for the examination of new students' admission qualifications, the school will focus on organizing the 2024 freshmen to collect images of student status.

1. Use of Images

The collected images will be used for the 2024 freshmen's admission qualification review, image information comparison, auxiliary identity confirmation, file preservation and utilization, and educational and teaching activities.

2. Collection objects

2024 International Students of Beijing Campus: including undergraduates, master's students, and doctoral students.

3. Collection time

1:30-5:00pm, September 28^th

4. Collection location

The west side of the first floor of the fourth building.

5. Job requirements

1. Students who participate in the image collection must bring their student ID card and passport.

2. Image acquisition process:

Sign in with your student card→ register with your passport and collect images → leave the venue.

3. The purpose of the collected images is extremely important, and the collected images will be compared and verified with the admission images and also with ID card images, and the comparison results are the same person before they can pass the admission qualification review. It is important to pay attention to the following points when acquiring images:

(1) It is advisable to wear no makeup, no jewelry, no colored glasses, and no hair covering ears and eyebrows;

(2) Because the light blue background is used when shooting, the clothing should be clearly distinguished from the background color, and complex patterns and stripes should be avoided.

4. The collection fee is paid by the school, and students do not need to pay the fee at the collection site.
