JANUARY 2025 GRADUATION NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE STUDENTS
On 2024-Dec-23Dear graduating international students:
Congratulations on completing your studies at Beijing Normal University! Before you leave your alma mater, please complete the following university departure formalities.
I. Confirm tuition payment
Please confirm all your tuition fees have been paid. If you have not paid all the tuition fees, please pay online before January 8, 2025.
Log in to the "International Student Online Service System"https://bnu.17gz.org/ , check the tuition pre-payment information on the homepage, and click the link to pay the tuition. If you encounter any problems, please contact: isp@bnu.edu.cn.
II. Complete the paper version Graduation Leave Form procedures
After confirming the graduation result, please download and print the "International Students Leave Form", and bring your student ID, campus card and other documents to the required departments of the university to complete the departure procedure before January 8,2025.
Note: The money in the campus card will not be refunded in cash. Please use the full amount of the card before January 8, After the expiration of the study period, the Center of Information & Network Technology will cancel graduating students’ campus card.

Please send the "Information of Future Plan after Graduation" via email to the International Student Office (yjs@bnu.edu.cn) before January 8, 2025, so that the university can keep alumni record.
IV. Dormitory check-out procedures
Students who live in the international students’ apartment on campus should complete the check-out formalities before January 13, 2025. In case of special circumstances, you may visit ISO office for consultation.
V. Certificates and transcripts
The graduation certificate, degree certificate, transcript and other documents can be received from the office of each faculty / school / college / department (the certificate can only be received after completing all the formalities required by the university departure process). Please refer to the notice of your faculty / school / college / department for the time of collection.
VI. China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center (CHESICC) information
After January 10, 2025, you can log in on the "China Higher Education Student Information Network" (CHESICC) to confirm your graduation information.

VII. Students not Able to Graduate
If you are unable to graduate this semester, you need to apply extension of study period or withdraw from school to your faculty/ school/ college/ department before January 08, 2025. For students who are applying for extension should download the attached “Graduate Student Status Change Application Form”, complete the application process, and go through the registration procedures for Spring semester 2025; students who are applying for withdraw shall also attach the “International Students Leave Form”.
