Extension Notice for All Advanced Study Students of 2019

Dear Advanced Study Students whose ending date of study is June, 2019, please come to extend your study if you want to continue your study in 2019 Autumn Semester.

Please bring your application materials to apply. International Students Office will record the extension result on the booklet. After extension proved, students can extend the campus card in the Campus Card Center, which is located at NO.16 Students Dorm.

If you want to live on-campus, please reserve a room and pay a deposit online on 20 May, which can be refunded if your application for extension is not proved.

If you plan to leave China during the summer vacation, please come to Room 9911 of Jingshi Building to apply re-entry visa three weeks before your departure.

Please pay attention to the valid date of your visa. The working time for visa is between 2 to 4 pm from Tuesday to Friday. Please make sure that you have paid the tuition fee and insurance fee before you apply the re-entry visa.

The registration date of 2019 Autumn semester is on 28 August 2019. Please bring your passport, registration form of temporary residence, insurance, student booklet for registration.
