1. If there is anything not mentioned in these regulations, enforce rules with reference to STUDENTS HANDBOOK OF BEIJING NORMAL UNIVERSITY and GRADUATE STUDENTS WORKING HANDBOOK OF BEIJING NORMAL UNIVERSITY.
2. These regulations shall be enforced if there are previous regulations that are inconsistent with the present ones.
3. The Chinese version shall be taken as the standard if there is inconsistency between the translated versions and the Chinese version
