Extension Notice for All Advanced Study Students of 2018

Dear Advanced Study Students whose ending date of study is January 2019, please come to extend your study if you want to continue your study in the Spring Semester of 2019.

Please bring your application materials to apply. International Students Office will record the extension result on the booklet.

After extension proved, students can extend the campus card in the Campus Card Center, which is located at NO.16 Students Dorm.

If you plan to leave China during the winter vacation, please come to Room 9910 of Jingshi Building to apply re-entry visa three weeks before your departure.

Please pay attention to the valid date of your visa. ISO’s working time for visa is between 2 to 4 pm from Tuesday to Friday. Please make sure that you have paid the tuition fee and insurance fee before you apply the re-entry visa.

The registration date of 2019 Spring semester is from 20 February 2019 to 22 February 2019. Please bring your passport, registration form of temporary residence, insurance, student booklet for registration.
