To incoming students: Welcome to BNU!

Dear incoming students,

 Warm greetings from Beijing Normal University! We are happy to welcome you joining us to learn new knowledge and make new friends, and we hope you will have treasury experience to study abroad here together with us.

 1. Please read carefully the "Handbook for New International Students" to get prepared for your study abroad.

 2. Please log in to the application system to retrieve your admission notice: https://international.bnu.edu.cn/user/login;

The "Confirmation For Study in China" (also known as JW202/DQ form) will be generated digitally from the online system and sent via email. Please pay attention to emails with sender's address ending in cscsc.edu.cn. You will need to print out both documents for visa application.

3. If you need on-campus accommodation or airport pick-up, please register and log in to the "BNU International Student Service System" to make reservation. The date starts from July 1st, 2026. Please see s sytem registration instruction here: https://iso.bnu.edu.cn/cn/download/download?id=114

* If your scholarship package includes on-campus accommodation, the dorm will be assigned by the university and you do not need to make reservation.
