REGULATIONS ON THE EVALATION OF EXCELLENT INTERNATIONAL GRADUATES (DEGREE STUDENTS)

I. Qualifications for application:

1. Only international degree students graduating in spring semester 2019 could participate in the application. Undergraduate students can apply for being excellent graduates based on their academic performance reflected by the examination results of the four academic years; and master and doctor students can apply based on their academic performance reflected by the examination results of the two or three academic years.

2. Students who apply for excellent graduates must willingly obey the laws and regulations of PRC and BNU rules. They must work hard and be academic enthusiastic, always in good behavior, respect teachers and be friendly to China.

3. Undergraduate students can apply only if they have finished all their degree courses and possess excellent examination result, pass the thesis defense and fulfill all other requirement for graduation; For masters and doctorate degree students, achievements on scientific research will also be considered.

II. Application Materials

1.     Completion of “Application Form for BNU Outstanding International Graduates”

Note: Applicants must fill the “Students Basic Information”, “Personal Statement” and “Supervisor’s Comments”.

2.     Original study transcripts with the faculty/school/department stamp.

3.     “Information on published articles” (if any)

4.     Other related supporting materials: such as, certificate of awards, academic achievements or publications (please provide the photocopy of the cover, the table of contents, and the front page of the publication. And complete the “Form of information on published articles”)

Note: All kinds of awards and publications shall be obtained during the study period. The author’s unit for publications shall be undersigned as Beijing Normal University.

III. Application Time:

Application shall be submitted to ISO during working hours in May 28^th and 29^th, 2019. The list of winners will be announced on the International Student Office website in June 2018.

IV. Certificate of the award

Excellent graduates (degree students) will receive the certificate of EXCELLENT GRADUATE STUDENT awarded by BNU.
